How It Works

The Contextual Partnership Network is very simple because often it’s the simple things that are most effective…

Partnership Points - The Crux Of The System

The amount of incoming links you generate to your blog (how many blogs will link back to yours) is directly related to how many links you decide to place on your own blog for other partners. You might decide to include just 2 outbound links per blog post, or up to as many as 6 different outbound links (when links are available - see below).

Let’s assume you decide to include 2 outbound links per post and already have 100 posts in your blog. This would generate 200 points for your account. This means your own links can then be displayed on 200 other blogs within the partnership (either immediately or drip feed overtime depending on your preference). As your blog grows when you add new posts, so do your points and the incoming links you generate - all completely automated at a natural link growth rate.

If you decide to include up to 6 outbound links per post and have 100 blog posts, then you already have the potential to generate as many as 600 incoming links from other blogs right now - and even more as you continue blogging just like you would usually do.

Please note however that this depends on the actual content you’re posting, and whether or not that content contains keyword terms other partners wish to use for linking. If your post contains no terms other partners are targeting, it ’s possible that no outbound links will be included on that specific post, and therefore no partnership points will be generated.

Similarly, if you’ve defined 6 outbound links per post and the content of that post only contains 3 keyword phrases other partners are targeting, then only 3 outbound links will be included and you’ll only generate 3 partnership points (incoming links).

This keeps things dynamic and means that even if you’ve defined to display 6 outbound links per post, some posts might only include 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 or no outbound links. With this variation it means your own blog will never become overwhelmed with outbound links (even at the maximum setting) and you’ll still earn an incoming link for every outbound link you can give. A full 1:1 partnership ratio.

You Have Total Control & Complete Flexibility

Here are just a few of the features that make things nice and flexible depending on your preference;

You can choose to include every blog post (past and future) in the partnership, and if you don’t want to include a specific post you can disable it when making or editing that post.

Alternatively you can change the default setting so that no post is included in the partnership unless you specify it to be included when making or editing that post.

These features allow you to decide exactly which posts to include in the network to earn you more incoming links. If for some reason you don’t want a specific blog post to contain any outbound links to another partners blog, then yes, you have that control.

All links on the network are also placed directly within the actual body content of blog posts (both on your own blog and others) and only where the keyword terms you specify appear in that content. This means you’re generating the most powerful theme relevant incoming links for SEO (search engine optimization) benefits.

These are what are referred to as “Contextual Links”.

For example if you decide you want other blogs to link back to you using the term “Dog Training Techniques”, your link will only be placed on other blogs that contain that specific term within the content of their respective blog posts. That term itself then becomes the link back to your website.

You can also include up to 10 different keyword terms and URL locations that other blogs in the network will use to link back to yours. In addition, each of those URL’s can link to different places within your blog - deep links have been proven to help improve your search engine rankings. You can also update / edit these any time you need to, to test different things.

You also have the ability to make all outgoing partner links from your own blog open in a new window. This means that any visitors that click on these links, can then close the partner website they’re visiting once they’re done, and return back to your own blog to continue surfing.

That way you never actually loose the visitor.

Now that’s flexible.

Blog Quality Is Extremely Important

The quality of bloggers participating in the network is extremely important. We do not allow spammy or poor quality blogs to participate in the partnership and moderation is self maintained by all partners.

When you visit the Contextual Partnership Dashboard in your Word Press admin area to setup your own advertising, you must also visit several other blogs in the network and approve or deny them based on a brief set of quality control guidelines we’ve defined.

Every new blog that wishes to join the network must then first be approved by at least 3 other existing (and distinctly unique) partners before it’s accepted. This ensures high quality standards are always beings maintained and also that no single member can keep any other member out for whatever reason (if they have some sort of personal grudge).

You may also be asked to repeat to this process occasionally when you update your own text link options to help maintain the continued growth of the network.

How Can This Be Free?

Good question. Running the network is no easy task and as we grow and expand it will take many powerful dedicated servers, terabytes of processing power, a team of highly skilled programmers and an excellent support crew to keep things ticking over.

To cover our expenditure in the future, we have several options available, the most likely being that we might offer advertising to companies that wish to generate targeted visitors. Occasionally, and only if keyword terms that advertisers are looking to use appear on your blogs content, one of the outbound links included might be an advertiser.

However these would ONLY occur when there are no other network partners targeting those specific terms available to generate you network points… AND… only if there is space available depending on your outbound link settings.

We believe this is very fair and more importantly it means we can still offer a full 1:1 partnership exchange ratio whilst earning enough revenue to support the network as an entity that would otherwise not exist.

Ok Sounds Good. How Do I Get Started?

It’s really easy and takes less than 5 minutes.

You just need to download our free WordPress Plugin and upload it to the “plugins” directory of your WordPress folder. You then activate if from your WordPress admin area and setup your text links (and a few other settings) in the Contextual Partnership Dashboard.

The whole process will take you less than 5 minutes and everything from the point forward is then automated. If you already have posts archived in your blog then you’ll be able to get new incoming links to your website immediately after you’ve setup the plugin and have been accepted into the parntership…
