Known Issues We’re Working On…

The good news is that the plugin is currently working for 99% of all members that have activated it (regardless of WordPress Version, the specific theme you might be using etc..).

However a very small proportion of users are experiencing a ”missing Contextual Dashboard menu item”. We’re working to resolve this now and should be able to push out an auto update to your plugin shortly if this applies to you. If this does apply to you, you can help us resolve the issue faster by contacting us with your website FTP details and WordPress admin area login information so we can run a debug program on your install. This will help us to isolate the problem and get the matter resolved for you much sooner.

If you’re experiencing any other issues, please also feel free to contact us with the above information and a detailed explanation of the problem so we can check these out also and get them resolved for you.
